PRONTO DesktopTM
AlphaTrust PRONTO™ Desktop is an electronic signature software application for electronically signing any document or file with full security and compliance with legal requirements. All desktop files are supported (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe® PDF and text files). You can eliminate the pain and expense of manually signing, mailing, and faxing documents.
You may prepare and e-mail documents to others for their signature as well as sign documents yourself. Signatures are fully visible when printed or viewed and the documents are protected with a digital seal, using cryptography, that can detect if a document has been changed since signing.
PRONTO™ Desktop electronic signature software will be priced at $49.95 per user and will be FREE for users who need to view or print a signed document or verify signatures. The FREE version will also permit basic signing of documents that have been prepared for signature by PRONTO™ Desktop! If you prepare a document for signature using PRONTO™ Desktop, others will be able to sign those documents using the FREE version.
PRONTO™ Desktop electronic signature software will be available for Windows® XP and Vista PCs. PRONTO™ Desktop is currently in development.
