PRONTO OnlineTM
AlphaTrust offers the power of our best-in-class PRONTO™ Server Electronic Records and Signature System (ERSS) as a hosted electronic signature service. With PRONTO™ Online there is no software to buy or maintain.
- Option 1: AlphaTrust hosts everything. For simple "fill and sign" document and forms, AlphaTrust can host the document completion and signing process entirely on our Web servers. Just direct your users to a dedicated URL we will provide to you and they will be able to complete and sign your documents or forms.
- Option 2: Integration with your Web site. AlphaTrust will provide you with a software development kit (SDK) that contains all the information your developers need to integrate our electronic signature service into your Web site. Your users will be redirected to PRONTO™ Online for the signing process and returned back to your Web site when complete.
- Option 3: Customized Work Flow - if the above options do not meet your needs, we can customize the solution to almost any combination of document preparation and signature steps.
- Your Web site look and feel are maintained while your signers use the PRONTO™ Online electronic signature service.
- All signers will received a copy of the document they signed via email (if desired).
- You will receive a copy of the signed document via email as well as have the ability to retrieve and check the document via the Web.
- You'll have online reports where you can monitor the status of transactions in progress, review historical transactions, and retrieve documents.
- Legal compliance - documents signed using PRONTO™ Online meet the requirements of US, Canadian, EU and other jurisdictions for electronic signatures and electronic records.
- Flexibility - the service can be configured to meet your work requirements.
There are a range of plans priced per signed document, depending on volume, typically ranging from $1.00 to $2.00 per document. Unlike other solutions, you do not pay for documents that are not signed or that are not fully signed (with all required signatures), and there are no per signature, per page, or other transaction charges. Multiple signatures per document are supported as well as most any types of work flow (user fill and sign, 3rd party document prep and signature by multiple other parties, etc.). There is a one time setup fee which covers work flow setup for your particular document(s). Each signer will receive a copy via email (unless you restrict this). You may retrieve copies from your PRONTO™ Online electronic signature service account. Custom development of work flow applications and custom integration needs can be quoted. Services included:
- Form filling or data collection (if needed).
- Proper document presentment according to legal requirements.
- User authentication (if needed).
- Proper collection of the electronic signature according to legal requirements.
- Full audit trail for each signature.
- Archiving of the document as long as you remain a client.
