PRONTO™ Server Electronic Records and Signature
System (ERSS) is a web server-based software solution that manages the document
approval (signature with audit trail), archival and security of electronic forms
and documents used in debt management transactions. Documents signed through PRONTO™
Server ERSS are legally equivalent to ink-signed paper documents. No end-user software
is required other than a web browser and Adobe Reader - for use when using PDF documents.
PRONTO™ Online is our Web service
offering of PRONTO™ Server ERSS, for a zero-software solution.
For most debt management applications, organizations can expect their per document
lifecycle costs to drop considerably when using PRONTO™ eSignature software.
Paper handling costs are eliminated and document return rates are much higher. You
can create a process where documents are signed while prospects are on the phone
